Lean Green Mash Bowl

Want to find a healthy replacement to mashed potatoes?

This was really delicious


1 broccoli head, cut off the stems

3 leeks, sliced

1.5 litre boiling water

1/2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp soy sauce




  1. Boil the water in a large pot.
  2. Place the slices of leek in the boiling water for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the water out.
  5. Add the sesame oil and soy sauce and cook on high for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve!!
